CTBUH has reviewed an update given for the 66-story Epsilon residential tower construction as it continues to progress with remediation after a flooding event from earlier in the year. The developer confirmed that completion and settlement timeframe is now in mid-2026. The revised schedule reflects the extensive remediation program underway after the flooding event that occurred on 28 March 2025, and impacted apartments on Levels 47 and below.
Critical building services—including lifts, electrical switchboards, and mechanical systems—are being replaced across Levels 23–65. These systems, essential for all apartments, require overseas procurement and specialized installation, contributing to extended lead times.
Despite these challenges, significant progress is being made. Fit-out works are advancing on the upper floors (Levels 48 and above), while remediation is ongoing on Levels 23–47, including the removal of damaged materials, comprehensive sampling, and hygienist clearance ahead of reinstating finishes such as flooring, joinery, and plasterboard.
Meanwhile, residential common areas including lobbies, porte-cochere, and amenities are largely complete, with only targeted works remaining, such as the replacement of the gym floor and kids’ room ceiling. Minor façade works are also ongoing across the tower.
The project team emphasizes its commitment to delivering the highest quality product despite the extended timeline, ensuring Epsilon residents will benefit from fully restored and enhanced building systems upon completion.
