About
Eric Lee is the Head of our Greater China Property and Asset Management business. He is responsible for overseeing the overall delivery of quality property and asset management services across JLL’s management portfolio in Greater China, covering more than 50 cities. Eric is dedicated to ensuring compliance of our business operations with regional and local requirements, foster a culture of innovation, drive risk mitigation while developing best practices and new service products from our experiences across the region and tailored for the local markets.
Eric started off his career with JLL as a Property Manager in Hong Kong and over the years has gained extensive experience in providing property asset management and consultancy services in Greater China, Thailand, Korea and Philippines. Eric has also been instrumental in building our leadership position in Greater China, where we now support over 700 clients and manage over 1,100 premium assets in the JLL portfolio. Eric is a certified facility manager and a chartered building engineer.
