Leading UAE-based developer, DAMAC Properties, announced that the Cavalli Tower development has reached a significant milestone. The initial cast foundation which consisted of over 2,000 tons of steel reinforcement was completed. The contracting company, China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) completed the casting within 25 hours. 

The substructure of the tower was designed under the supervision of the DAMAC technical team, while the CSCEC executed the works in close coordination with the Dubai Developer’s project management team. The building will be split into three residency sections, “luxury” “upper luxury” and “super luxury”.  The tower will also include a four-story lobby, a private pavilion, sea vistas, and interior design by Roberto Cavalli.

This project is expected to be completed by the second half of 2026.
