The goal of the 2020 International Research Seed Funding initiative, sponsored by CITIC HEYE Investment CO., LTD. (see below), was to assist talented researchers in developing projects/ideas to a level that would secure additional, more significant funding. Research proposals were directly related to the tall building typology and/or urban habitat, but could come from any topic/discipline. The proposals were intended to have the potential to improve tall buildings and cities from a wide perspective.
