Deyaar Development has officially broken ground on DWTN Residences, marking a major new addition to Dubai’s evolving residential landscape. The groundbreaking ceremony, attended by senior executives and leadership, signals the start of a flagship development providing urban living through scale, integration, and design ambition.

Conceived as a vertically integrated residential community, DWTN Residences will comprise more than 522 units, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments to duplexes, penthouses, and a singular Royal Palace suite crowning the top of the building. Rather than functioning solely as a high-rise housing block, the project is structured as a self-sustaining vertical neighborhood, with over 75,000 square feet (6,968 square meters) of amenities embedded throughout the building. This approach reflects a broader shift toward residential developments that prioritize lifestyle, convenience, and long-term livability within dense urban environments.

Speaking at the ceremony, Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar Development, emphasized that the project reflects the company’s strategic focus on quality-led growth rather than scale alone. He noted that DWTN Residences is designed to deliver lasting value for residents and investors while contributing positively to the surrounding urban fabric.
