Construction continues to advance at Rushden Station, a major purpose-built rental development beside Danforth GO in Toronto’s east end.

Developed by Fitzrovia Real Estate and designed by bKL Architecture, the three-tower project has reached a key milestone as the 30-story west building, Rushden Tower Station A, has topped out and is preparing for crane removal. Meanwhile, the 39-story central high-rise has risen to approximately 36 floors, and the 38-story east building has climbed to roughly 25 floors.

Facade installation is progressing across the site, with distinct glazing systems now defining each tower: the west tower features a green-toned window wall, the central tower a red-toned facade, and the eastern tower darker blue cladding. The shared podium connecting the towers is also nearing enclosure, with glazing and cladding advancing across much of the lower levels.

Once complete, the three towers will rise to 108.25 meters, 132.20 meters, and 138.10 meters, delivering a total of 922 rental units. A future fourth phase, Tower D, is planned immediately to the east at 40 stories and 141.55 meters, further intensifying the transit-oriented residential district.

The project adds significant rental density to Toronto’s East End, reinforcing ongoing high-rise residential growth around regional transit infrastructure.
