Wadan Developments has launched Weston, a 19-story residential development in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), adding a new high-rise project to the growing residential district. The development will provide fully furnished residences supported by integrated smart-home technology and two levels of shared amenities.

Weston includes studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, with selected units incorporating additional smart-home features. Technology is integrated throughout the apartments, while the AI-powered Wadan App will provide residents with centralized access to home controls and building services. The project also includes coworking facilities and soundproof mobile offices designed to accommodate remote and hybrid work.

Two dedicated amenity levels divide recreational and wellness functions within the building. The podium-level Play Level includes a jogging track, mini golf, table tennis, climbing wall, trampoline, landscaping, and outdoor seating. At the rooftop and sky level, an infinity pool and children’s pool are joined by cabanas, outdoor reading and barbecue areas, a gym, Pilates and yoga facilities, and a sauna.

Located within DLRC, Weston is approximately five minutes from the planned Dubai Metro Blue Line, with connections to Academic City, Global Village, and other destinations across Dubai. The project’s first phase sold out during its launch event, and sales have subsequently moved into the second phase.
