The CVU France Chapter, with the support of Gecina, Cro&Co Architecture, and OTIS, is pleased to welcome members to a presentation followed by a guided tour of the Tour Mirabeau rehabilitation.
A flagship of Paris’s Seine riverfront, the Tour Mirabeau was designed by Pierre-Paul Heckly and NoĂ«l Le Maresquier in 1972 and is distinguished by its tripod form and prismatic façade. Half a century on, bringing this 1972 high-rise up to current standards is an opportunity to improve occupant comfort and energy performance, and to reconnect the building with its neighborhood.
The presentation will be given by the client team: Antoine Chambrin, Director of Development, Gecina, with Nayla Mecattaf and Jean-Luc Crochon of Cro&Co Architecture / CroMe. A question-and-answer session and building tour follow, closing with a drinks reception.
In-person capacity is limited to 30 people. Remote participation by Zoom is available on request.
