Emaar Properties has announced three new Address-branded hotels across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, expanding its hospitality portfolio within major waterfront and mixed-use developments in Dubai, greater Riyadh, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront will be a 182-key hotel that will form part of the continuing high-rise development of Emaar Beachfront. With direct access to the waterfront and proximity to Dubai Marina, the plans include a 523-square-meter pool deck and six dining and lounge concepts. The project adds another hospitality component to a district that has developed into a dense concentration of residential buildings, hotels, recreation, and waterfront amenities. The project is scheduled to open in Dubai Harbour in 2027.

Emaar is also planning Address Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The 196-key beachfront resort will include three swimming pools, dining venues, and a 1,155-square-meter (12,432-square-foot) jetty lounge. The project joins a growing concentration of hotels, residences, and leisure developments on Al Marjan Island as the man-made archipelago continues its expansion as a major tourism destination. This project is scheduled to open in 2028.

In Saudi Arabia, the Address Diriyah has been announced as a property with 204 hotel rooms and 60 serviced apartments. The development will include six dining concepts, a rooftop pool cafĂ©, spa and fitness facilities, meeting spaces, and family amenities. The hotel will be integrated into the wider transformation of Diriyah, where new hospitality, residential, retail, and cultural uses are being developed around the historic district outside of Riyadh’s downtown urban area. It is also planned to open in 2028.

Together, the three projects illustrate the continued use of hospitality as an anchor within large-scale mixed-use and waterfront developments across the Gulf, integrating hotels with residential, leisure, cultural, and public-facing amenities.
