An environmental impact study (EIA) has been submitted to the Panama Ministry of Environment, by Bienes Le Parc, S.A., for a planned development in the San Francisco district of Panama City.

The two-tower, mixed-use complex, dubbed Le Parc Residences, will have commercial space and 288 apartments. There will be a 26-level tower with seven apartments per floor, and a 21-level tower with five apartments per floor. The lower levels of the property will be for commercial purposes and parking.

The complex will be located on the banks of Parque Omar, at Avenue 1C South in Carrasquilla. The panoramic views of the park and city served as inspiration for the creation and conception of the project.

Apartment sizes will be between 75 and 116 square meters, with a variety of floorplans. Amenities will include several swimming pools, a gym, playground, and indoor and outdoor event spaces.

The approximate cost of the work is US$10 million, with construction expected to last three years.
