Groupe Brivia, Quebec real estate developer and investor, has announced the start of phase 2 of the LB9 rental condo project. Located in the Lebourgneuf sector, a stone’s throw from the Videotron Center, the residential tower will rise up to 15 floors in a bustling neighborhood.
Like the first tower completed in June 2020 and already 95 percent occupied, Groupe Brivia once again offers architectural components that promote an exceptional view of the city. Tower 2 of the LB9 project will have 15 floors, three more than phase 1, with 218 apartments and studios. There will be common areas including a training room, indoor pool, lounge and indoor parking.
The project is aimed at a large clientele, looking for a semi-urban lifestyle adjacent to services and major highways. The members who make up the project team are from Quebec and Montreal, such as architect Jean-Pierre Bart, interior designer Jacques Bellemare and general construction contractor TB4 inc. who is a member of the ACQ. Tenants are expected to move in at the end of 2022.
