The second phase of Aldgate Place in London is progressing. Located adjacent to Aldgate East and equidistant between Crossrail stations at Liverpool Street and Whitechapel, the 12,635 square meter (136,000 square foot) residential-led, mixed‐use project will be delivered by McLaren on behalf of British Land.
The 26-story building will include 159 build-to-rent apartments, 1,765 square meters (19,000 square feet) of office space and 743 square meters (8,000 square feet) of retail and leisure space.
The development will target BREEAM Excellent on the office space, Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 on the residential, as well as WiredScore Gold digital connectivity.
