A 38-story beachfront apartment building is planned for Northcliffe Terrace on the Gold Coast.
The AU$340 million (US$250milion) Royale Gold Coast will deliver 108 residences, including penthouses and sky homes with an average price of AU$3 million (US$2 million).
Devine Development Group acquired the 2251 square meter site, which currently houses a 14-story apartment building, for AU$45 million (US$33 million).
Designed by DKO Architecture, the building employ recessed balconies to protect residents from the wind. Amenities will include a wellness center, club with cinema, a whiskey locker, three pools, and a catering kitchen.
Construction is expected to start by March 2022 and complete in 2025.
