Developers Devron and Great Gulf have submitted applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Approval to the City for the construction of a 39-story residential tower with retail at grade at the northeast corner of Spadina Avenue and Oxley Street in Downtown Toronto.

In addition to the proposed tower, the project will also include the creation of a new 10,000-square-foot (929-square-meter) park at 105 Spadina Avenue, replacing the surface parking lot that is currently there.

Devron and Great Gulf have been working with the City for over five years with Councillor Joe Cressy and City Staff to bring the project to life, according to Pouyan Safapour, President of Devron Developments.

Set to rise at 101 Spadina Avenue, the tower would stand 134.4 meters tall, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 28,051 square meters, and space for 394 units.
