Developers of a new 43-story skyscraper rising near Discovery Green Park have named the luxury apartment building Parkside Residences and expect to complete the 309-unit building in summer 2023.
High Street Residential, a subsidiary of the prominent Dallas-based real estate firm Trammell Crow, on Wednesday released new details about the 470-foot (143-meter) tower that will overlook the 12-acre (0.4-hectare) urban park and provide views of downtown. High Street Residential plans to start preleasing the skyscraper in spring, and the first residents are expected to start moving in as early as the summer of 2022.
Parkside Residences will bring new renters to the growing residential base in downtown Houston.
