Hafeez Contractor has revealed plans for a residential tower at Mahalaxmi, called Lokhandwala Minerva The structure has already reached a height of 290 meters, with its final height estimated to reach 299 meters. More high-rises have been cropping up around Mumbai due to changes in the floor space index (FSI). LERA Consulting Structural Engineers performed the architectural peer review. This is a re-design of a previous project, which was intended to reach 308 meters and 83 stories.
