United Living Group has been awarded a £50 million (US$62 million) contract to build 296 new residential apartments for phase two of the Outwood Wharf development in Salford. As part of phase two of the Outwood Wharf development in Salford, United Living Group will build 296 one-and-two-bedroom properties, including 275 residential apartments, 11 townhouses, and ten duplexes across three connected blocks.

The development ranges in height from 8 to 23 stories and will also provide ground floor amenity space, parking facilities, and podium level landscaping.

Outwood Wharf includes solar panels and electric vehicle charging points. The Build-to-Rent scheme will provide much-needed high-quality new homes on a sustainable, brownfield site. The project is being delivered through United Living’s New Homes (“ULNH”) business, on behalf of Ridgeback.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in October 2024.
