Last year the construction of a mixed-use tower directly above Vancouver South Granville SkyTrain station was announced. The tower will be 39 stories and 407 feet tall and reside at the intersection of Granville Street and West Broadway.

This building will include 223 secured rental homes, 45 Moderate Income Housing Pilot Program (MIRHPP), and over 100,000 square feet of office space. 7,000 square feet will be dedicated restaurants and retail places, while 22,000 square feet will be occupied by the City Market grocery store. Retail and restaurant tenants still have yet to be announced.

The projected opening date is not yet known, but the tower is expected to be completed by 2025.
