CVU NYC Presents: Design Smart, Build Smarter

Join us for a focused session on 343 Madison Avenue’s smart design and construction strategies, adapted from the presentation first shared at the CTBUH 2025 International Conference in Toronto and now brought to our New York community. This event will bring together key decision makers, the owner, architect, engineers, and builder, to walk through the design-to-construction journey of this pioneering tower and offer an inside look at how 343 Madison is being planned and built today to meet the demands of tomorrow’s workplace.

343 Madison Avenue is a 49-story, 844-foot Class-A office tower now under construction in Midtown Manhattan, steps from Grand Central Terminal. It represents a new type of all-electric, smart, high-performance building responding to New York City’s latest low-carbon and zoning goals.
