The Beyond Office Tower in Givatayim, a city east of Tel Aviv, began occupancy on 4 October, according to Globes. The 70-story office building is the first building completed of the development project by owners Tidhar, Union Company, and Himnuta, a subsidiary of KKL-JNF.
The project is organized around two high-rises on an eight-floor podium with 20,000 square meters of commercial space. Construction began in 2019, three years after Tidhar and George Horesh bought the majority stake in the site. The Beyond tower has about 120,000 square meters of office space. The second 60-story building that will be residential, has not started construction.
The site is less than 300 meters from Tel Aviv Savidor Central railway station, and parking is limited to one space per 180 square meters. Leasing of The Beyond has progressed from 59 percent in August 2026 to about 70 percent in October. Companies that have leased include the law firm Meitar with 30,000 square meters across 17 floors for 25 years, game developer Moon Active with 22,000 square meters across 11 floors, and Lipa Meir & Co. with about 7,000 square meters. Globes reports that the building is expected to contribute about NIS 40 million a year in business property tax to the Givatayim municipality.
