The push to revitalize downtown San Antonio with projects like Civic Park in progress continues as plans for a 28-story residential tower are revealed next to an incoming 17-story hotel.

HDRC agenda documents state that the residential portion will include multiple levels of parking, three stories of retail space, and 360 residential units. Other amenities include co-working space, fitness space, and an amenity rooftop deck. 

Part of a US$340 million overhaul of Hemisfair, overseen by the Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation, the redevelopment also includes the hotel tower and Civic Park.
