Conrad Nagoya has opened within The Landmark Nagoya Sakae, adding a major hospitality component to a new transit-connected skyscraper in the center of Nagoya. Occupying the building’s upper floors and directly connected to Sakae Station, the hotel demonstrates the continued integration of hotels, commercial uses, and public transportation within Japan’s dense urban centers.
The hotel contains 170 guest rooms, including 29 suites, with accommodations measuring more than 50 square meters. Floor-to-ceiling glazing takes advantage of the hotel’s elevated position, while the 213-square-meter Conrad Suite on the 40th floor provides panoramic views across the city.
Six restaurants and bars are distributed across the 31st and 40th floors, placing dining and social spaces high within the building. Spa and fitness facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, treatment rooms, and 24-hour fitness center. Meeting and event facilities are positioned lower in the building on the 10th and 11th floors, including a 342-square-meter ballroom with an eight-meter ceiling.
The opening strengthens the mix of hospitality, commercial activity, and transportation concentrated around Sakae Station. By placing hotel rooms, dining, wellness, and event functions across multiple levels of a centrally located skyscraper, Conrad Nagoya contributes to the increasingly layered vertical development of Nagoya’s urban core.
