CVU has confirmed that on the morning of 13 June, a ceremony was held to commemorate the start of steel erection for the vertical construction of the China Artificial Intelligence (Guangzhou) Industrial Park project, constructed by the South China Branch of China State Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau New Engineering Co., Ltd. 

 

The project is located in the western district of Guangzhou International Financial City, with a total land area of about 37,800 square meters and a total construction area of about 470,000 square meters. The project consists of three towers to be constructed atop four podium levels and four below-grade basement levels. Among them, T1 Tower has 51 floors above ground and a building height of 248 meters; T2 Tower has 43 floors above ground and a building height of 211 meters; T3 Tower has 38 floors above ground with a building height of 160 meters.

 

The project is positioned as an internationally competitive digital industry hub, an artificial intelligence industry headquarters base, and a demonstration center. It focuses on the digital industry, driving the agglomeration and incubation of key industries, actively cultivating a high-level digital economy ecosystem, striving to build a benchmark carrier for deep integration of the digital and real economies, and supporting the expansion and layout of digital economy industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
