On 7 March, 2022, Wanlianghang signed a property service cooperation agreement with Guangzhou CBD landmark for the 308-meter Guangfa Securities Building.
Wanwan Liangxing will provide property management services (PM) and facility management services (FM) for the project.
As the first headquarters for GF Securities, GF Securities Building will be among the tallest building in Zhujiang New Town with a height of 308 meters. The project has a construction area of about 158,000 square meters.
