Following strong market response to the initial release of Artistry One, Select Group has announced the launch of Artistry Two Residences in the Dubai Design District (d3). The new phase builds on the same design-led residential concept, reinforcing confidence in d3’s long-term appeal as a creative, mixed-use urban district positioned between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek.
Designed by Woods Bagot, Artistry Two Residences, the design focus is on refined architecture and thoughtful living environments. Rising within the district’s evolving skyline, the project continues the architectural language and residential philosophy established by its predecessor, emphasizing proportion, clarity, and balanced urban living. The development offers a curated mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences ranging from 738 to 1,988 square feet (68.6 to 184.7 square meters), with efficient layouts, generous terraces, and carefully framed views toward the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai skyline, the Dubai Frame, and the Dubai Canal.
