Following the successful debut of Tower A in the SkyHills Astra residential project, HRE Development has launched Astra Tower B. The project is located in Dubai Science Park, located opposite Dubai Hills Estate and noted for its striking design and strong connectivity.
Tower B will feature fully furnished residences and a range of wellness-focused amenities, including a gym, yoga retreat, padel court, pools, and a 500-meter dual-lane podium for running and grounding.

In partnership with Dubai Cares, HRE has pledged US$8.17 million to support global education initiatives. Residents of the buildings will receive personalized certificates recognizing their contribution to improving access to education in developing countries. This launch reflects HRE’s ongoing strategy of combining high-end residential offerings with purpose-driven investment opportunities.
