Büro Ole Scheeren has released new photography of Fifteen Fifteen, a 42-story residential tower that reached a major construction milestone with the successful lift of its first cantilever. Developed by Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties, the building introduces a sculptural form to Vancouver’s skyline through bold cantilevers that project outward, framing panoramic city and waterfront views.

Situated between downtown and Stanley Park at the transition of the city grid, the tower acts as an architectural gateway into Coal Harbour. It will contain 186 residences, from studios to three-bedrooms, including 18 “Observatory Residences” suspended in cantilevered volumes that offer 270-degree outlooks and the sensation of floating above the city.

Scheeren designed the project holistically, from its distinctive silhouette to its interiors, which use a palette of natural materials to unify private spaces with the building’s expressive architecture. At street level, the building’s offset modules minimize the footprint, freeing space for a public plaza anchored by a restored historic water cascade. Landscaped pathways weave through the site, creating an accessible urban realm and inviting community use.

“The sculptural design challenges conventional notions of sky-rise living, dissolving the boundaries of interior and exterior,” said Scheeren.

With completion slated for late 2027, Fifteen Fifteen is positioned to become an iconic addition to Vancouver’s skyline.
