The foundation plate and parking facilities have been completed for UNStudio and Ghemlaco’s The Bridge in Warsaw. The 174-meter-tall office tower is the developer’s latest on pl. Europejski.

The construction process has used a “top-down” approach, involves digging out the ceiling level first and later working on lower ceilings. Work has now begun on the tower’s core. Low-emission concrete by supplier Vertua is used in the building.

Delivering 147,000 square meters of office space, the 40-story tower will offer a private terrace for its tenants. Construction work is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
