Located in the core of the Baietan business district—one of five world-class landmark business areas being cultivated in Guangzhou—the project rises to 54 stories above ground where the main tower establishes a new vertical marker within the district’s evolving skyline. The development integrates high-end residential apartments with commercial and condominium uses, forming a dense, vertically organized mixed-use complex. At ground level, the project connects to a riverside park and is supported by multiple ancillary facilities, reinforcing pedestrian activity and public engagement along the waterfront.
As the area continues to emerge as a strategic business and lifestyle district, the topping out signals continued momentum in Guangzhou’s push toward high-density, mixed-use urban development.
