The company that makes White Claw and billionaire Lukas Walton’s philanthropic and investment venture have leased new Fulton Market District offices, helping fill the remaining workspace in one of the trendy neighborhood’s biggest office buildings. Mark Anthony Brands, parent company of the popular hard seltzer drink, Mike’s Hard Lemonade and other beverages, has leased around 42,000 square feet (3,901 square meters) for a new headquarters at 167 North Green St., sources familiar with the deal confirmed.

Separately, venture-capital and impact investment firm Builders Vision has leased the 17-story building’s nearly 47,000-square-foot (4,366-square-meter) top floor of offices, which includes a roughly 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace, sources say.

In addition to the office transactions, Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises confirmed it has signed on to occupy 10,000 square feet (929 square meter) with a restaurant facing the open-air corridor that cuts through the ground floor of the building.
