CTBUH has just received confirmation that a 34-story building, located in Nashville, Tennesee in the United States has structurally topped out. The project is being constructed by James McHugh Construction Co., and is currently under construction. Giarratana Development is the developer with the architecture design by Goettsch Partners. Other consultants on the project include DeSimone Consulting Engineers (structural), BALA Engineers; Johnson Controls (MEP), Barge Design Solutions (Civil) and AMSYSCO (post-tensioning).
The project is anticipated to reach completion in 2023.
