A 20-story residential tower, Hessen, has been proposed in one of the most exclusive areas of Guatemala City, located in zone 15 Vista Hermosa I.
The new proposal is by developer Impulsa Desarrollos with a mission to bring more housing to the city. Architectural elements will reinforce the inspiration of the project centrally located in the mountainous areas of the region. Natural lighting and ventilation will be incorporated and the units will have options from 1 to 3 rooms; from 50 square meters to 118 square meters, and will range in price from US$145,000 to US$320,000.
Growth of vertical housing is evident in this area and more residential projects are being built, offering amenities in services, and access to different sectors of commerce, education, health and entertainment of the city. The building is designed by Darcon, Taller de Arquitectura, a Guatemalan firm. The interior design will be done by Olik Studio and the project managers will be D&A.
The project is projected to begin construction in July 2023 and begin delivering the apartments in the second quarter of 2025.
