Developer Roxim and the Montpellier-based architect François Fontès have just unveiled the design of a new building made up of two interconnected high-rise towers, that will be joined by a greenhouse.
On the heels of the CTBUH Award of Excellence winner, White Tree (signed by the Japanese Sou Fujimoto) and on the banks of the Lez, Evanesens is coming to the Port Marianne district. The towers will rise 16 stories and 50 meters in height and nine stories and 30 meters in height.
The buildings will be covered in vegetation, recalling Bosco Verticale, in Milan, Italy. Laura Gatti, agronomist-landscaper and specialist in green buildings who had signed the revegetation of the Bosco Verticale, has collaborated in the realization of Evanesens.
