The new Raffle Tower was presented to the public as the first five-star premium residential project in Azerbaijan. The scheme was designed by Atkins, a UK company specializing in engineering design.
Designed to meet the needs of the 21st century, this premium residential complex is located 30 meters above sea level, with a 20-story residential tower on the central Boulevard Street in the low-density, White City section of Baku.
With views to the sea, high-speed lifts, a wide reception hall, concierge service, as well as outdoor and indoor pools and spa services, the tower will offer abundant high-end amenities. The project includes a two-story underground parking area.
The Raffle Tower project will incorporate several smart building technologies, including a built-in facial recognition system that allows residents to enter the building without any additional means of access.
Construction of the housing complex began in July 2019 and is slated to be delivered to residents in December 2021.
