The 58-story commercial tower developed by Brookfield Properties is slated for completion in 2023 and recently confirmed that the international law firm Clifford Chance has decided to move its New York office to Two Manhattan West. The firm will occupy the 39th through 42nd floors, with up to 500 employees, planned for move-in during 2024, according to Brookfield.
Two Manhattan West will be the final addition to the eight-acre site in Lower Manhattan that has been under development by Brookfield for over eight years at an approximate cost of US$4.5 billion. Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the project has architecturally topped out at 935 feet (285 meters).
