Developer JTRE’s Eurovea City project has received the green light for the construction of the Eurovea extension, including Eurovea Tower, Riverside residence, Pribinova X and Pribinova Y administration buildings, and underground car parking. The complex will also incorporate new public spaces and sports areas along the Danube embankment. It is also a short walk away from the Šafárikovo nám. tram stop.

“Eurovea Tower has required long-term preparations, we have intensively communicated and coordinated our vision with experts, municipal representatives, city districts, specialized departments, property owners, and the general public. We are aiming for the comprehensive and considerate completion of the entire zone,” said Pavel Pelikán, J&T REAL ESTATE’s executive director.

In summer 2019, the initial sale of apartments generated strong interest, with 292 apartments having already been sold, almost 60 percent of the total 488 apartments.

“The immediate enthusiasm for Eurovea Tower’s residential opportunities confirmed the project’s promising parameters, which have really captured buyers’ imagination. Eurovea City will become a popular destination for residents, office users, and visitors who can all look forward to a 25,000 square-meter waterfront park. The area beneath Apollo Bridge will be imaginatively invigorated by a new activity park divided into three zones according to users’ ages, and Pribinova Street will be lined by attractive trees. We also aim to connect Eurovea’s waterfront area directly with the bus stop on the bridge. These plans will enrich the lives of Bratislava’s residents, and facilitate accessible connections to the wonderful Danube,” added Pelikán.

Preparatory construction phase started after planning permission was granted in March 2019, and the following issuance of the construction permit, contractors will break ground before the end of December 2019. Following the completion of preparatory work in February 2020, reinforced concrete structures will start taking shape.

Eurovea retail center’s expansion should be completed by December 2022, while apartment owners will receive their keys in mid-2023.
