A 20-story four-building complex has been proposed in Sydney’s Castle Hill precinct.

Deicorp is planning to develop a “mixed-use village” on a 7,969 square meter site adjacent to the Hills Showground metro station.

Designed by Turner Studio, 2 Mandala Parade would feature four residential buildings on top of a common retail/commercial podium with a six-level basement, as well as a publicly accessible plaza. The 431 units would have from one to three bedrooms.

Overall, the AU$445-million project at 2 Mandala Parade will have a gross floor area of 51,064 square meters, including 10,935 square meters of non-residential use.

If approved, Deicorp plans to deliver the project, which has a capital investment value of about AU$172 million, in three stages.

The site is one of three development lots within the Hills Showground Station Precinct that has been granted concept approval for a total of 13 buildings—ranging in height from three to 21 stories. Its development is proposed as the first stage of the Hills Showground Station Precinct to be delivered under the concept approval.
