Sobha Realty plans to deliver 6,819 residential units across Dubai in 2026, marking the company’s largest annual handover to date and reflecting continued momentum in the emirate’s luxury residential market.

The deliveries, representing approximately AED 21.6 billion in sales value, will span several of Sobha Realty’s flagship communities, including Sobha Hartland, Sobha Hartland II, Sobha Reserve, Sobha One, and Verde by Sobha.

The milestone follows a strong 2025, when Sobha Realty reported AED 30 billion in sales, a 30% year-over-year increase driven by sustained demand for luxury housing in Dubai.

Central to the company’s delivery strategy is its vertically integrated development model, through which it manages key stages of the development process in-house, including design, engineering, construction, interiors, façade systems, and quality control. The approach is intended to provide greater oversight of project delivery, construction quality, and execution timelines.

The company is also advancing a broader portfolio of 16 master-planned developments across the UAE, including Sobha Sanctuary in Dubai and Sobha City, its first major community in Abu Dhabi.

This announcement also coincides with the 50th anniversary of Sobha Group, highlighting five decades of development activity across real estate, construction, and design.
