A new phase of high-rise residential development has been introduced in Puchong, where Mutiara Lake Puchong, a lakeside condominium project positioned within the broader growth corridor of Greater Kuala Lumpur, has been launched.

The development will bring a 34-story building delivering 526 residential units, with floor areas ranging from approximately 95 to 125 square meters. Set on a 5.3-acre site, the project carries an estimated gross development value of RM400 million and represents the final residential phase within the area.

Positioned roughly one kilometer from the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT Station, the scheme aligns with ongoing patterns of transit-oriented suburban densification, supported by regional infrastructure such as the Damansara–Puchong Expressway. Amenities include a lakefront pool, fitness facilities, and shared outdoor spaces, reinforcing a lifestyle-oriented residential offering.

The project has received Provisional GreenRE Bronze Certification, reflecting a baseline commitment to environmental performance within Malaysia’s residential sector. Completion is scheduled for 2029.
