About

Mr. Abdul Wahab Al-Halabi is the Group Chief Investment Officer of Equitativa Group, as well Chairman of Dubai Entertainments and Vice Chairman of Planet Pharmacy. Mr. Al-Halabi has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, with expertise in financial restructuring, crisis and debt management, credit enhancements and joint ventures. Prior to the Equitativa Group, he held strategic roles such as Vice Chairman of Global Investment House, CIO of Meraas Holding Group and CEO of Dubai Properties (Member of Dubai Holding), and has extensive experience in developing and funding various Middle Eastern real estate investments. Mr. Al-Halabi is responsible for the expansion of Equitativa’s REIT’s new funds development. He led the issuance of the Emirates REIT Sukuk and is currently spearheading the creation of specialised REITs in emerging markets including India and Pakistan.
