With over 22+ years of professional experience in field of architecture, Urban planning & Design and Programme
Management, Abhishek Malhotra leads the team of 300+ professionals as Regional Director, Building + Cities for Surbana Jurong, South Asia. He has been involved from concept to commissioning for some of the most challenging Urban Development projects in India.

Based in the National Capital Region of Delhi, he has track record of managing mega projects with a cumulative construction value exceeding USD 17 billion. His expertise encompasses master planning, architecture, urban design, and program management, with a particular focus on large-scale urban development. He has been instrumental in the conceptualization, design, and execution of new cities spanning areas from 40 sq. km to over 300 sq.km.

His expertise lies in structuring, designing and delivering mega Programmes requiring multiple skillsets. Some of his major works where he has led the master planning and programme management for Government projects of international prestige include, International Convention and Exhibition Centre (now called as Yashobhoomi) in New Delhi, Redevelopment of AIIMS, New Delhi, Development of Great Nicobar island, Project Seabird, Redevelopment of SCB Medical College Odisha etc., Programme Management for New Capital City- Amravati, Sabarmati Riverfront Development etc.

Apart from Master Planning, he has an extensive experience in field of Architecture. He is leading the Master Planning and Architecture team for largest Naval Base in country at Karwar, Karnataka. The development addresses the core issue of serviceability along with sustainability and livability as key to development.

As Regional Director for Buildings + Cities, his teams are located in over 10 cities across India, Bangladesh and Nepal. These include, Architecture, master Planning, Engineering, MEP, Structures, Quantity &Cost Management and Project & Programme Management
