About
Alan has 30 years experience in building services engineering and has extensive experience in super high-rise buildings and mega size mixed use developments in China. He has also practically involved in project management and energy efficiency building design. He has been managing the WSP Mainland China biz in sustainable approach and establishes the strategic plan in Mainland China operation. With the recent integration of WSP and Golder, an international environmental consulting company, Alan is one key leaderships in China to leverage the environmental expertise from globally to provide market-leading ESG strategy services and offer to projects with more sustainable and low carbon future design. He is also actively leading the team involving the application of new digital technologies to business solutions and driving the WSP Future Ready program in Asia.
