About
Allan has worked in the construction field for more than 40 years across three continents: Asia, Europe and Africa. In Singapore, he is recognized as the thought leader of the reinforced-concrete modular construction method (called PPVC) and has enormous insight into the built environment industry. He engages with government, clients, consultants and subcontractors to spearhead this innovative and productive technology.
He runs United Tec Construction, his own main contracting firm that specializes in the PPVC method, and continues to explore even more innovative methods of construction. He and his team managed to complete the installation of one of the world’s tallest PPVC buildings in 18 months, despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
