Mr. Amit Grover serves as the CEO – City Side Development at Adani Airport Holdings limited. In this role he oversees the Development and Business of various mixed-use real estate projects across the airport cities of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Trivandrum and Mangalore.

With over 28 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Amit has held significant positions at Adani Airport Holdings Limited, DLF Limited, Cushman & Wakefield, and Citibank CRE. Notably, he dedicated 21 years to DLF Limited

As a founding member of DLF’s rental business from 2003 to 2024, Amit was instrumental in expanding the business from 0.5 Mn Sft., in Gurgaon to over 60 buildings in PAN India with 45 Mn. Sft. in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Chandigarh, and Noida.

At DLF, Amit held key leadership roles, including National Director of Leasing and Building Operations, Executive Director, and Business Head of the Rental Business. He also served on the board of rental asset companies in partnership with GIC Singapore.

Prior to his tenure at DLF, Amit was a founding member of Cushman and Wakefield India, where he established the commercial real estate division in North India in 1997. Subsequently, he moved to Mumbai and Contributed to Citibank’s Corporate Real Estate division.

Amit is an active member of various industry bodies including ExComm member of ULI Global, CII Real Estate committee. RICS, and APREA.

As a passionate advocate for real estate development, Amit possesses profound understanding of urban architecture and sustainable development. He is committed to creating value through immersive human experiences in the real estate sector.

Amit has an MBA (Marketing), an Advance Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School (HBS) and a Member from Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
