Andy Campbell is Managing Director for Visibuild in the UK, leading the expansion of the Melbourne-based construction technology company into new international markets. He brings 14 years of experience at Multiplex, where he played a central role in transforming the UK business and driving growth into new sectors.

Andy began his career in Melbourne with Mirvac, working on-site to deliver a 31-level residential tower before relocating to Dubai in 2012 to join Multiplex. There, he contributed to major hospitality, office, and mixed-use developments including Masdar HQ, Bluewaters Island, Nikki Beach Hotel, and the Eastern Mangroves Hotel. In 2016 he moved to London, where he focused on market entry and strategic growth, building partnerships with leading developers and delivering projects such as JPMorgan’s European Technology Hub in Glasgow.

In his current role at Visibuild, Andy is responsible for establishing the UK business, forging industry relationships, and scaling adoption of digital quality and assurance tools across the construction sector. He is passionate about aligning digital transformation with client needs and driving focused growth.

Andy also serves as Chair of the UK Chapter and Trustee of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. In 2025 he completed an Executive MBA at London Business School, where he took a particular interest in technology and AI, corporate turnarounds, and entrepreneurial leadership.
