Andy Leung is Managing Director of Ronald Lu & Partners, an award-winning architectural practice housing over 550 staff across Hong Kong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

With more than 30 years of professional experience after graduating from the University of Hong Kong, Andy has accumulated vast architectural experience in a wide variety of projects including super high-rise mixed-use developments, large-scale residential developments, themed entertainment, retail complexes, institutional projects etc. His involvements span from master planning, conceptual design to project implementation, and he has led numerous projects focusing on sustainable and innovative design. As a lead consultant, he has been leading various Government studies including the review of the Building (Planning) Regulations under the Buildings Department.

Andy has been an active member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) since he joined the Institute in 1985 and was elected Fellow in 2013. He has served in many HKIA Boards and Committees and was the HKIA representative of a number of important Government Committees including Land and Development Advisory Committee, Harbourfront Commission and various government disciplinary board panels. As both a seasoned professional and an active industry stakeholder, he has been enthusiastically participating in subjects relating to development control, statutory building codes, professional practice, project procurement and other major practice issues in the industry.
