Bjarne van der Drift
About
After obtaining his master’s degrees in both Architecture and Urbanism (cum laude) at the Delft University of Technology, Bjarne van der Drift joined the Amsterdam-based architecture firm Dam & Partners Architecten. His interest and experience lies in combining an analytical and research-based approach to navigate around the ever-growing complexity of spatial design practice. He draws upon his competences from both architecture and urbanism to tackle challenges that may overstrain the marked domains of the conventional professions that currently exist within the field of spatial design. Following this all-round approach, Bjarne has been involved in design projects and research interacting with a broad range of themes, such as shared mobility, urban logistics, climate adaptation and digital technology. At Dam & Partners Architecten, he enjoys working on large scale projects in multi-disciplinary teams, combining technical knowledge and creative spirit.
