About
Brad Hinthorne is and Architect and Managing Principal in the 140-person Seattle studio of global architecture and design firm Perkins&Will. He brings nearly three decades of experience leading projects of significant scale and complexity for both public and private clients across a variety of practice areas including Corporate, Commercial, Multi-Family, Healthcare, and Life Science. In addition to his management and project responsibilities at Perkins&Will, Brad provides regional and national leadership on firmwide strategic initiatives as part of the firm’s Marketing Board and serves as the West Coast Regional Practice Leader for the firm’s Corporate/Commercial practice. He is an active member and frequent speaker for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Pacific Real Estate Institute (PREI). In the past 10 years Brad has provided leadership in the design and planning of over 20 high-rise buildings.
