Brad Fowler founded ParkFowler Plus with Jennifer Park after working together as Principals at Brininstool + Lynch. His experience includes work in construction, development, and real estate, all of which shape his approach to our work. Brad’s diverse background gives him a unique perspective that allows him to excel in switching focus from big picture considerations to the finest construction detail. Fowler’s extensive experience ranges from large master plans and high rises, down to intimate residences and commercial interiors, including several award-winning projects. Beyond his diverse portfolio, Brad is a well-known leader in the residential development sector, having led many of the firm’s mixed-use and multifamily projects in various cities and working alongside a wide base of clients.
