About
Catherine Thomas is a Director and Co-Head of Central London Property & Asset Management at JLL, specialising in Property Management in the City and West End of London. She oversees the property management and client relationships on multiple iconic London assets and has particular expertise in tall buildings in the City.
Catherine completed her bachelor's degree in Land Management at De Montfort University and has worked both in consultancy roles and client side during her 25 plus years in property. Before joining JLL she worked at British Land on their Central London campus portfolios. She has worked during her career on some iconic buildings and areas of London including Chinatown, Covent Garden Market, Broadgate, The Leadenhall Building (aka Cheesegrater) and currently 40 Leadenhall Street, the largest building (circa 900,000 sq. ft.) to complete in the City of London in 2024.
